Our steeples are rusted

buildings decayed

it’s time

to return

to the old ways

time to trade

manmade religions

return to our love

return to the one

who created us all

tear down

the labels

that separate

and divide

see

we are one

family

remember

that formed us

Breathe Deeply

Breathe Deeply

Breathe Deeply you say

You gotta be kidding me!

Breath has not left this upper chamber

since I was but a kid

Why not? are you for real?

I don’t have time to think about it!

Why not? well, you are full of questions

Yes, my time is what I make of it

So why then don’t I take time

to breathe deep, to relax?

My power I’ve given to everything else

a clock, electronics, my boss, my spouse

Why, I don’t even recognize my self

Breathe Deeply, it seems ridiculous to me

to believe that I could feel power to Breathe Deep

and yet, if I don’t even control my own breath

if I don’t allow even my breath to purely flow

what else in this life can I expect

to flow to have power to control

My life is my own yet I gave it away

It happened so subtly

I can’t even say

the time or the date

or event

where it went

Breathe Deeply you say

Breathe Deeply ~ Release

all that does bind me

to these balls and chains

Breathe Deeply ~ Receive

Love, Hope and Peace

Breathe Deeply and Listen

to my own heart beat

LIVE

This I pray, this I plea
not one take for granted
this life so precious
treasure every moment
every second of time

Live as no tomorrow
dance, sing 
without inhibition
love as though no pain existed
open your whole heart
love with abandon
throw arms wide open
receive gifts infinite

Treasure each moment
each second
you cannot recapture
re-live it this time
no regrets as you pass on
no regrets for lost time

Receive all time as treasure

MYSELF

I was faced with the prospect today of briefly writing about my professional self and my goals. Notice it was to be brief. I have had a diverse professional career so brief is a challenge. Suddenly I noticed a pattern in all that I have done and here is what I came up with as a "brief" answer. Enjoy :)

I have endeavored to do many things over my life and they all include, in some part, helping others along my way.

My Passion is to find that thing, that key, that a person has been looking for that empowers them to achieve what they long to achieve.  My joy, my success, lies in the spark in the eye and smile on the face when a person discovers the key was within them all along and now they can open the door to the destination they've been longing for.

My Purpose is to serve as a Beacon of Light ~ shining for all to see.

My Goal is to leave this planet, at least my small corner of it, better off than I found it.

May you Love like you have no fear and Live like you have no tomorrow.
