Today’s Truism
Observe the birds as they fly
one opens itself ~ spreads wings fully
soars on the wind
the breath of God
trusting fully
Another struggles
keeping wings close
beating them wildly
unwilling to let loose
and flow

open your body ~ your mind ~ your spirit
feel the breath of God under your wings
